Party Pooper

I recently got a small Chihuaua. We bought a sort of potty blanket for him, where he can release himself inside, but he won't. We keep leading him over to there, and the package specifically said it has a scent to make him want to go on the pad.

I think it might have something to do with being near my cat's litter box.

Can anyone help us?

well, first of all, i think 당신 answered your own question. try moving it somewhere elso thats not 의해 your 고양이 litter box. if that doesnt even work, then get rid of it (THE PAD, NOT THE DOG!)! some 개 (like my lab) just dont like going inside! its in a 개 genes to go outside. 또는 maybe the smell got kitty litter on it, 또는 your dog just dosent like that smell. 당신 dont have a bad dog, but there is something on that pad that he prefers wouldnt be there
