	smit picked No!: people still unstand him when his not near the TARDIS and it hasn't been able to 'get into your head'. And the TARDIS doesn't always translate what HIS saying in a different language. posted over a year ago.

	HanGotThere1st picked No!: He doesn't speak Galifrian all the time with no one knowing about it. This is my belief because the Tardis can translate everything, however when there is Galifrian it isn't translated as it is a dying language and so, so, old. So it I don't think the Doctor's Galifrian could be translated for us into earth english. xxx posted over a year ago.
