On the one hand, Scar isn't nearly as fearsome as the Beast, but on the other hand he is intellectually heads and shoulders above either Gaston, the Objects, or Adam/Beast, and Belle put all of them in their place at least once. Both are ostracized for being "intellectuals" on some level in their society.

Would be interesting... and I suspect that if Belle wins, she'll still lose, because Scar will smack her down like he did Sarabi, lol.

While Belle is intelligent Scar is cunning and has that sly way of convincing people

I would have to agree with 102936, and you to Hazeleye. Belle would win the argument, at first, but like in the movie Scar will get Jeleous, and well......might injure her or put her 6 feet under and get his way, like Scar did in The Lion King, course he died in the end.

Yeah, agreed. Of all the villains, Scar seemed to have THE BIGGEST problem with strong women. At least Gaston, Frollo, Jafar, Rourke, etc. seemed to, on some level, admire the spunk and fiery nature of their women, even if they wanted them either dead or reduced to subservient slaves.

Scar, on the other hand, doesn't seem to like women at all - period. He does nothing but condescend to Shenzi, by all accounts he ignores Nala and the other lionesses, and he strikes Sarabi for mouthing off to him. Belle is one who does not respond well to control, which would represent a major threat to Scar's masculinity, I can tell right now.
