The Never Land Indians appear to be modeled on the Apache Indians, who were "take no prisoner" beasts in combat. That includes the women who more often than not were hunter-gatherers/warriors as well as caretakers. And from what we see of TL, she was pretty bad a$$ herself lol. I'm guessing she could at least handle a bow and arrow as well as Merida.

I'm sure TIger Lily had her experience with fighting, but we don't see enough of it to get a good impression of her fighting skills. Merida's only down fall would be her lack of awareness.

Tiger Lily is nimble and feisty, and her father probably taught her how to fight, but going by what we've seen alone she appears as a Damsel in Distress and not much else. TL is tough but she can't take the punishment Merida has in store

Because Merida is badass and Tiger Lily is more Damsel In Distress than Warrior Princess! Although, she wouldn't fight Tiger Lily unless she was pushed too far

We see so little of TL, its hard to tell, but if this is the same TL from the book, then she would win, lol.

In the book, she's the leader of the warriors (all men), skilled with a bow/arrow and hatchet, marches in the rear "the place of greatest danger" and fights onward against the pirates in the final battle when her men are dying around her. and what's more she's placed on Skull Rock to drown because she was caught sneaking onto Hook's ship with a knife in her mouth ready to attack. How awesome is that?

Again, we don't want to get carried away, here, because so much was changed in the movie, the movie only has her as a love interest for Peter to be contrasted with Wendy. I'm voting TL if only because its fairly obvious that Merida will be receive more votes on recognition alone. In the movie, she's just DID. But, the book's TL would mop the floor with Merida, lol.
