I choose Rapunzel because she was so isolated and made to fear everything by Mother Gothel for so long that it seems to me like she lost a lot of sense of humor. Where many of the other princesses would've laughed in similar situations, Rapunzel was very frightened and/or confused. I don't remember her doing much of anything very funny in the film, making any jokes or laughing at any jokes.

^ i agree, Snow is very close to them but then i guess I;m forgetting many incidents to support my argument against her.

Her sense of humor is very much schadenfreude.
