That's not really funny - the situation is supposed to be comic relief, but the song is actually about the dreams the fathers have for their children.

When I watching Sleeping Beauty this song make me boring and a bit angry

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo it's funny too!! I love "I've Got A Dream" and I thinks it's the most funny 'cause a princess and a thief singing with thugs xD xD and because the thing they sing is hilarious!

There's really no humor to be found in there; it's pretty much Nightmare Fuel from beginning to end. (Okay, there is Ursula's "Pathetic" to Flotsam and Jetsam, but that's about it)
