Sorry, I'd completely forgotten about that line in "Belle". Dang it....Well, let's just say Belle moved there when she was really young. I should've thought that over more....I'm really sorry!

^^It's okay- it's safe to assume that she moved there at a young age since she's been taking out that same book for a while and she's tired of the monotony.
