Never saw Sleeping Beauty as a kid, so I just chose this from watching it recently.

She explodes. XD "...and all the powers of hell!" BOOM!! And out pops a friggin' dragon.

But naw, when Aurora is in a trance, that scene is quite eerie and suspenseful with the music. Plus the voices of the fairies echoing the words "Rose! Rose! Where are you? Where are you?" in the dark empty hall.

ALL of the Maleficent scenes scared the piss outta me. My Mom had to fastforward through all of her scenes...but this one was the worst!

It was the eerie music and Maleficent chanting Aurora's name while the young girl is alone in this dark room while being in a trance to lure her to her doom. Very spooky. Still is sometimes. But I love it. Best part in the whole movie.

Sleeping Beauty was my favorite movie when I was two up to seven, but this scene made me so freaked out with the music....

This scene always horrified me as a child. Still does. Not only is the music eerie and scary, but so is Aurora's face! She look so creepy in this picture. Even my younger brother said so, and he wasn't easily frightened like I was. Just last night, I actually dreamt about this scene, and I woke up happy it was only a nightmare, and I'm a fully-grown adult. And furthermore, Maleficent's face in the dark fireplace helped fueling my fear of the dark.
