I've never liked this style, everything is so dark, plain and boring.

this is super generic with forest and a town by lake... nothing special about it.

This one is generic and uninteresting. Nothing much special from it.

Same as before. The castle is generic-looking and extremely basic-and-minimalist on the inside. There are no interesting touches anywhere. The landscape outside is also very dark overall. Except for the Firefalls, the stream, and the shoreline ( where there is some sunshine), the rest of the woods is dark, murky, foggy, and bleak.

not many large landscape shots, and while the detail is beautiful, you don't get to see much.

Too dark and artificially angular.

Tangled's setting is far more beautiful IMO.

I'm simply a bigger fan of 2D.

I agree with M_gann and zanhar1. I think the colors blend more beautifully and artistically in 2D.

Although I like the setting of the town on an island, the rest of the landscape is pretty generic.
