Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, and Elsa. But the only Disney Princesses I would describe as well-developed are Merida, Mulan, Rapunzel, Tiana, and Pocahontas.

@princesslullaby How is Rapunzel not developed?

Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, and Belle don't change really at all. The classics never have a lesson they are in need of learning or do they change at all as characters. Ariel however has a lesson she needs to learn, but she doesn't change over the course of the movie, grow as a person of fix any of her mistakes (In words or by actions) Belle learns to love the Beast, but I don't think she really changes or fixes anything in her movie. I'm on the fence also about Jasmine. (Heh, I just realized those were the first six princesses) All the other princesses in some way develop in my opinion. Pocahontas fixing her mistakes and saving John Smith, Mulan grows over the movie from clumsy into a warrior, Tiana gave up her number one priority and dream for Naveen, Rapunzel standing up towards her abuser and being more confident, Merida apologizing for all the things she did even when at first she blamed it on the witch, Anna realizing love is about sacrifices and mutual understanding, and Elsa not only completely fixing all of her mistakes by taking care of the winter and promising she would never close the gates again but also being a lot more confident with herself and more open with people by the end. Maybe her development was rushed, but Elsa still develops as a person.

@Beastlysoul25 Just curious, but why do you think that all the girls you named don't change as people in the end or fix their mistakes (However you look at development) Any less than some of the other princesses? I'm just wondering. :3

The classic three, to a lesser extent Cinderella (but I don't think development is really needed within the context of their respective movies because they're represented as idealised and not terribly realistic, esp. Snow and Aurora), and also Elsa.

Are the people saying Merida serious? I don't like her very much at all but she's easily one of the most developed IMO and it's portrayed very naturally and realistically. There is a considerable difference between the stubborn, slightly selfish girl we see at the beginning of the movie to the one at the end who clearly learns from her mistakes and is even willing enough to go along with her mother's initial wishes/beliefs (the whole movie is pretty much based on the fact that she is dead set against these ideologies!) until her mother states otherwise and there's a compromise. Merida and Elinor both grow over the course of the movie and for people to say otherwise reeks of huge bias.
