I think she and phantomrose89 deserve it the most. I just hope everyone is not picking and nominating their friends because that's not how this works. It's based on how much they contribute on here and deserve it for this spot. Sweetie-94 contributes a ton on here with her articles, poll, and forum contests and that's why I picked her.

Concerning Contribution, I really don't get why Lightingred didn't win so far. Great Polls, great comments, and now even the Cover Contest on top of this.

Always provides good comments, and even took over the icon contest.
