The 뗏목 that Princess 완두콩 and Conrad built seemed sturdy, secure, and safe. But as many people often need to learn on 더 많이 than one occasion, looks can be very deceiving. As they sailed through the bayou and reached the open sea, Conrad and 완두콩 got to talking.
    "Conrad, there's something I have to tell you," 완두콩 summoned all of her courage.
    "What is it?" asked Conrad, his voice tender and sweet. 완두콩 melted everytime she heard it. Although she would never tell him this.
    "That bitchy princess your father works for..."
    "What about her?"
    "I'm her," Princess 완두콩 looked down in shame.
    "You're the princess that has made my father's life a living hell for the past sixteen years?" Conrad's eyes widened in shock. "You're the reason he couldn't come 집 for 크리스마스 two years ago? I can't believe it! I knew 당신 were a handful 완두콩 but I am really shocked! How could 당신 do those things?"
    "Conrad, listen to me," Peanalita pleaded. "I've changed, I'm not the same girl who used to treat Leopold like dirt, 당신 have to believe me!"
    "Why should I?" Conrad retorted bitterly. "You're nothing but a selfish, rude girl who cares only about herself."
    "I probably shouldn't have told 당신 this while we're on a 뗏목 in the middle of the ocean," 완두콩 sighed. "You could totally throw me off and no one would ever find me."
    "I would never do that," Conrad answered, making 완두콩 smile. "Unlike you, I actually have a heart." Pea's smile faded faster than they crank out those crappy direct-to-video sequels.
    Pea was about to work up some sort of sassy remark when suddenly lightning struck. Rain began to pour and thunder viciously banged heavily through the sky. The 뗏목 began to toss and turn violently. Just then, an enormous wave approached the 뗏목 with great stamina and tossed the 뗏목 upside down. 완두콩 managed to hold on and climb back aboard, only to find Conrad had disappeared beneath the waves.
    "No!" 완두콩 cried. She quickly grabbed one of the vines used to build the 뗏목 and unraveled it from the sail. She tied it around her waist, making sure the other end was securely tightened to the little raft. Without a moment to lose, 완두콩 비둘기 in the water, a rather ambitious 옮기기 for a girl who couldn't actually swim. She flailed underneath the sea and eventually saw Conrad sinking into the depths, unconscious. She grabbed onto his arm and began hoisting herself up the vine. She couldn't hold her breath much longer. She noticed the vine begin to thin but grabbed hold of the 뗏목 in the nick of time. She shoved Conrad onto the 뗏목 just as sky began to clear up and the waves began to settle. Conrad coughed and opened his eyes.
    "Pea, you," he struggled to speak as he coughed up 더 많이 water. "Y-You saved me."
    "Well, yeah," 완두콩 laughed. "You think I wanna be stuck on this 뗏목 alone with no one to 암캐, 암 캐 at?"
    "Pea, I'm sorry I judged you," Conrad smiled faintly. "I guess people really can change. I never would've guessed in a million years that..."
    "That what?"
    "The girl that my father complained about all these years would be the girl that I fall in lo-" His sentence was interrupted 의해 the sound of distant drumming.
    "What was that?"
    "Oh sure," Conrad thought to himself, rolling his eyes. "I wasn't about to confess my 사랑 또는 anything."
    "I heard drums," Princess 완두콩 smiled. "We must be near land, look there's a 만, 베이 up ahead, 당신 can just see it through the fog!"
    As the little 뗏목 approached the bay, 완두콩 noticed a huge cliff. And on 상단, 맨 위로 of that cliff stood a tall, beautiful Native American woman, whose long black hair was dancing in the wind.
