Years ago, I did an 기사 about some fan-made grandchildren of Triton, excluding Melody, of course. However, I was going off the 황소, 불 crap logic and "continuity" of the terrible prequel, The Little Mermaid 3: Ariel's Beginning. Instead, I'm going to be basing this off the personalities I've given the daughters of Triton in another 기사 I did, which includes the age order of Aquata being the oldest daughter of Triton. I take into account the TV series, like I did with Arista's personality and Adella's design, because it is a faithful and worthy prequel to The Little Mermaid. The way this is going to work is that I will talk about the oldest daughter of Triton's children first and go in order of age of the daughter of Triton instead of 의해 age of the grandchild so that no one gets confused about which child belongs to which of Ariel's sisters. Along with this, I will be including a fan-made son of Ariel and Eric at the end. Melody won't be included because she's an already existing character with an established personality and I'm doing this over fan-made characters and telling 당신 the personalities I created for them. Some siblings will be included in one picture just because I felt like it. I hope 당신 guys like it and let me know what 당신 think in a respectful way.
Aquata's Children:
Prince Poseidon (Age 15)
The oldest grandchild of King Triton, the older twin brother of his sister Athena, and 초 in line for the 왕좌, 왕위 of Atlantica after his mother. He was named after his great-grandfather, King Poseidon, Triton's father. He is a very serious young merman that is pretty bossy to both his sister and his cousins, much to their annoyance. He wants to do his best to be a great king someday and to fulfill his duties as a prince as well as he possibly can. He acts a lot like his grandfather and can be a bit hotheaded. He's responsible, smart, a bit of a nag, and kind of stiff but can be fun when he loosens up. His greatest fear is letting everyone down because as the 초 in line for the 왕좌, 왕위 after his mother and the oldest grandchild of Triton, he has to set an example for the kingdom. He often puts 더 많이 pressure on himself than he needs to, despite that his parents and grandfather have tried to tell him not to worry so much and to enjoy life. He often bumps heads with his twin sister because of how completely different they are. Despite how he can be annoying to his sister and cousins, he really cares about them and they care about him. His dedication to being a worthy ruler one 일 is undeniably impressive, but he still has a lot to learn before that happens and not just the things he believes to be important. He acts very much like Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Jane from Return to Neverland, and Shang from Mulan.
Princess Athena (Age 15)
The twin sister of Poseidon, the oldest granddaughter of King Triton, and named after her late grandmother. Just like her brother, her looks are a combination of both her mother and her grandmother, even their hair is a combination of the 색깔 of Aquata and 퀸 Athena's hair. She is very much like her grandmother. She is fun-loving, a little bit of a prankster, loves music, and is very caring. However, she doesn't take her duties as a princess seriously and would actually prefer to live the life of the commoners rather than be a princess. She prefers the simple things in life. Much like her Aunt Ariel, she is very fascinated 의해 the world above. She is the cousin that Melody is the closest to, due to them both being very different from their peers, not conforming to the norm, and being very adventurous. She is close with her mother, but is often told that she needs to learn how to be serious because she is a princess. However, she doesn't see why she should when she's never going to be queen, which she is perfectly happy about. She isn't a conventional princess but doesn't go out of her way to be rude 또는 disrespectful to rebel against traditions at all. She wants to find her own path and discover who she is meant to be. She thinks she might even find herself if she became human like her Aunt Ariel did, if only for a while to see how she likes it. However, she still considers the possibility that where she belongs might be in the sea, but wants to try out being a human on land because if she never tries it she'll never know. She does get into fights with her brother but there is a lot of 사랑 between them. Her personality is a lot like 팅커벨 (In the CGI movies) and Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender. She incredibly close with her fun-loving Aunt Adella, who never judges her and just wants her to be happy.
Andrina's Children:
Prince Kai (Age 11)
He is very athletic like his Aunt Aquata, don't ask what kind of sports he does because I don't know what kind of sports there would be under the sea for merpeople. He's always moving around and has a hard time settling down. He's active, kind, smart, resourceful, a little reckless, and slightly cocky. He tries to be the best at what he does but will get in over his head sometimes but will learn from his mistakes. He is very close to his Aunt Aquata and his younger brothers. He is a little bit of a prankster, particularly when it comes to pulling tricks on his cousin, Poseidon. He's very easy going and sometimes doesn't take things too seriously, kind of like Baloo from Disney's Jungle Book and Timon from The Lion King, only 더 많이 physically active and not as lazy.
Prince 레이 (Age 7)
He is a very positive and joyful person, like a little 레이 of sunshine. He is a lot like his Aunt Adella, except he has 더 많이 self-control than she does. He loves 음악 and dancing and takes any opportunity he can to play music, sing, and dance. He is very sensitive, creative, kind, caring, smart, energetic, fun-loving, goofy, and poetic. He does sometimes fight with his older brother because of their differing personalities and interests but they are still very close. He is also very close to his younger brother and his Aunt Adella. He's a very happy go lucky kid but can get really depressed 또는 angry when he's pushed far enough. He tries to deal with it with his 음악 so he doesn't hurt anyone but sometimes he can't help but let out his anger. He's a lot like Emery from the show Fresh Off the Boat. He's a dork but an adorable and fun one.
Prince Gil (Age 5)
Despite being the youngest of all the grandchildren of Triton, he is actually very mature for his age. He takes after his mother because of how sarcastic, brutally honest, sassy, and blunt he is. He's very clever with his comments, like something you'd expect from an adult rather than a child (But nothing dirty because it is Disney) and can be very shocking at times. He will often point out when someone is being stupid and when the bad results he knew would happen actually happen he says, "Gee, I wish someone had pointed that out. Oh, wait! I did!" and is annoyed that no one listens to him because of his age. I've just always loved when the youngest sibling is the smartass for two reasons. The first being that I'm the youngest of three an have always been a smartass ever since I was around ten 또는 eleven-years-old. The 초 reason is that I just 사랑 the idea of such smartass 코멘트 coming from someone so young (Even at the age of five) and showing 당신 shouldn't underestimate someone just because of their age. However, he still acts like a normal kid, despite being mature for his age. He will get mad and have a tantrum as any five-year-old would. He does 사랑 to have fun and play with kids his own age. He is very close to his older brothers. Not only is he the one that is the most like his mother out of all three of her sons, but he is also the one that looks the most like her out of the three.
Arista's Children:
Princess Harmony (Age 7) and Princess Cecilia (Age 13)
Cecilia- She takes after her mother 의해 being spoiled, selfish, bratty, and coming off as the stereotypical mean girl but there is 더 많이 to her than that. Just like her mother when she was young, Cecilia doesn't know how to act in social situations and uses her mean girl attitude to cover up her insecurities. Thankfully, while Arista is still harsh at times, she has learned to be 더 많이 confident and kind towards others. This was partly thanks to Ariel in the episode "Beached" from the TV series. However, it was also thanks to her sister, Adella always trying to make her happy and her finding the merman she loved. She especially got softer when she became a mother. Arista tries to help Cecilia because she knows what she's going through, though Cecilia, being the stubborn teenager she is, brushes it off. It's very similar to how Ariel and Melody having very similar personalities and having problems because of that. They say the kid that is the most like 당신 is the one you'll fight with the most. However, there are ways Cecilia shows her softer side, even if she won't admit it to others. She is very protective of her younger sister and would do anything for her. She'd even risk getting herself hurt 또는 ruining/losing a possession she loved in order to protect her sister. Harmony is the one person she's very rarely ever mean to. While she can be very mean, she cares about her family and her people very much. She will show her softer side in secret because she doesn't want anyone to think she's soft. She is close to her Aunt Alana because of how both of them 사랑 fashion and her aunt just seems to know how to make her feel good when she's upset without having to pry. She often gets into fights with all her cousins but especially gets into fights with Melody (Just like their mothers used to) and Cori.
Harmony- Unlike her older sister, she is actually very sweet and takes every opportunity she can to be nice to someone. She loves 음악 just like her cousin Ray, who she is very close to because of their 사랑 of music, singing, and dancing. Her personality is very similar to Webby Vanderquack in both the original 80's version and the 2017 version of Ducktales and Agnus from Despicable Me. She's very girly and feminine but does like to play like any other kid does and is willing to get a little dirty. She is also one of the few people who understands her older sister. She knows she's a good person on the inside and is just insecure and tries to hide it with her snobby and mean girl attitude. She's basically to her Cecilia what their Aunt Adella was to their mother. Someone who just wants her seemingly "mean girl" sister to be happy and knows she is just insecure. She's very close to both her Aunt Alana and her Aunt Adella. While she is the sweetest and kindest of all of Triton's grandchildren, she still has her limits and won't let others push her around.
Attina's Children:
Prince Neptune (Age 14) and Princess Coral (Age 8)
Neptune- He is named after his great-great-grandfather, King Neptune, which Triton appreciated Attina doing because he was very close to his grandpa Neptune, who used to play the calliope for young Triton at bedtime. He takes after his mother and her 사랑 for 읽기 and inventing. He's very nerdy but isn't one of those stereotypical nerds that use fancy words that no one really understands. He's very intelligent, well-read, kind of awkward, is shy around girls, is funny, can be a lot of fun to be around when he isn't trying too hard to look cool to impress anyone, and is a little clumsy. He is close to his cousin Melody because both know how it feels to be clumsy, awkward, and not knowing how to act in front of their peers. The cousin he is the closest to is Poseidon, who he looks up to and wishes he could be like because of how confident and handsome he is. His personality is a lot like Jane from Tarzan and Lewis from Meet the Robinsons. He is pretty close to his younger sister, who playfully teases him but makes sure not to go too far so he doesn't feel bad.
Coral- She is pretty different from her mother and her brother because, while she is just as intelligent and well-read as they are, she doesn't like to spend most of her time just 읽기 and working on inventions. She loves to have fun and think outside the box, which is something her mother and brother have a hard time doing. Her personality is a lot like Starlight Glimmer from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, due to her natural talent in being creative and resourceful, as well as her being willing to go outside the box, being witty, and a little blunt. Her relationship with her brother is very similar to Starlight Glimmer's relationship with her childhood friend, Sunburst, who is a lot like her brother. She is very close to her cousins Athena, Melody, Kai, Morticia, and Cori. She often is the one who can pull her mother and brother out of their rigid mindset of not thinking outside the box and get them to try something new.
Adella's Daughter:
Princess Morticia (Age 13)
She is the only grandchild of Triton that isn't blood-related, as she was adopted, but Triton still loves her just as much as his other grandchildren. Adella, being the type of person who wants to bring joy to others, thought it would be a great idea to adopt a child, especially since she isn't able to 곰 children. She had many children to choose from but the one that caught her attention was a gloomy and 고딕 looking little seven-year-old girl that was sitting all 의해 herself. Just looking at her and how depressed looking she was just made Adella so sad that she chose her without giving it a 초 thought, which surprised everyone, especially Morticia. She didn't think anyone would adopt her because of what a 고딕 and odd child she was, she especially didn't think a princess that was also a cheerful party animal would choose her over the other children. Her relationship with her mother is very similar to Pinkie Pie and her sister Maud Pie from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Since Morticia is a lot like Maud and I modeled Adella's personality after Pinkie Pie, there is a lot of 사랑 between the two despite how they are polar opposites. Adella can tell when her daughter is happy and excited, even though she is always emotionless and monotone. She is very sarcastic with her dry wit but she loves her family and her parents very much. She even has grown to 사랑 parties but not because she finds them to be fun and enjoyable, it's because they make her mother happy to throw them, which makes her happy. Unlike most kids, she doesn't get embarrassed when her parents, particularly her mother, act silly and over-the-top. She doesn't even get upset when her mother calls her Tishy. She is also very similar to Mai from Avatar: The Last Airbender, who I modeled her 디자인 after, and Cassandra from Hercules: The Animated Series. Unlike other merpeople, she isn't comfortable showing her skin, so her Aunt Alana made her a long sleeved sheer 셔츠 with a black shell bra, which she appreciates. She's not very good at making 프렌즈 because of her introverted, gothic, and isolated loner nature but she does learn to get better at socializing and making friends, while still staying an emotionless and monotone goth. She is especially close with her cousins Coral and Cori. She becomes pretty close to her cousin Melody as well, but not to the same extent as Coral and Cori. She doesn't even think about where she came from 또는 what happened to her real parents because she doesn't believe in dwelling on the past and is perfectly happy with the family she has. She loves them 더 많이 than anything because they care about her and have given her such a wonderful life that she couldn't even imagine having a happier one (Even when ignoring the whole royalty thing), even though her face and voice doesn't show it. She'll do anything to protect her family. While she doesn't smile very much, the few times she does are when she's especially happy, though it's 더 많이 like a Mona Lisa smile.
Alana's Daughter:
Princess Cori/Cordelia (Age 10)
The only child of Alana and she couldn't be 더 많이 different from her mother. Her name is Cordelia but she hates being called that and prefers to be called Cori because it's not so girly. As opposed to her girly, beauty focused, and fashionista mother, Cori is a hardcore tomboy. Her personality is just like Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Spinelli from Recess. Unlike her mother, she doesn't care about her looks at all, she doesn't even care that her bangs are always in her face. She loathes girly stuff and often gets into disagreements and arguments with her mother. Her relationship with her mother is a lot like Rarity and Sweety Belle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Alana is a lot like Rarity and just like Sweety Belle, Cori likes to get dirty and do things that aren't so lady-like, though Cori does it to a much larger extent than Sweety Belle. While they do fight, she and her mother 사랑 each other very much and are always there for each other. She is a huge prankster, even 더 많이 so than her cousin Kai, who she'll often get into fights with 의해 pranking each other to see who does pranks better, which is all in good fun. She is very close to her cousins Kai, Coral, Athena, and Morticia. She also becomes pretty close with her cousins Melody and Merrick. She is a hardcore tomboy that is very sassy but has a soft and sensitive side to her, which she tries not to show. She often gets into fights with her cousin Cecilia, due to their polar opposite personalities.

However, he takes after his father a lot 더 많이 in terms of personality, just like how Melody takes much 더 많이 after her mother in terms of personality. He's adventurous, fun-loving, playful, smart, can be a little clueless at times like his dad, likes to poke fun of Grimsby, loves dogs, and doesn't always follow the rules (Which seems to be a family trait with his parents and sister). He dresses similar to his father, only 더 많이 sloppy, due to being only nine-years-old. He idolizes his father and wants to be just like him. He would 사랑 to be the captain of a ship and sail the sea as his father did. He is very close to his older sister and both of his parents. He is a bit of a troublemaker but not nearly as much as his sister. He is also pretty close to his cousins Kai, Ray, Coral, Cori, Athena, and Gil. On a side note, his 셔츠 color is the same color as his mother's mermaid tail and when he is a merboy, I had his tail be the same color as his mother's shell bra.

Just looking at her and how depressed looking she was just made Adella so sad that she chose her without giving it a 초 thought, which surprised everyone, especially Morticia. She didn't think anyone would adopt her because of what a 고딕 and odd child she was, she especially didn't think a princess that was also a cheerful party animal would choose her over the other children. Her relationship with her mother is very similar to Pinkie Pie and her sister Maud Pie from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Since Morticia is a lot like Maud and I modeled Adella's personality after Pinkie Pie, there is a lot of 사랑 between the two despite how they are polar opposites. Adella can tell when her daughter is happy and excited, even though she is always emotionless and monotone. She is very sarcastic with her dry wit but she loves her family and her parents very much. She even has grown to 사랑 parties but not because she finds them to be fun and enjoyable, it's because they make her mother happy to throw them, which makes her happy. Unlike most kids, she doesn't get embarrassed when her parents, particularly her mother, act silly and over-the-top. She doesn't even get upset when her mother calls her Tishy. She is also very similar to Mai from Avatar: The Last Airbender, who I modeled her 디자인 after, and Cassandra from Hercules: The Animated Series. Unlike other merpeople, she isn't comfortable showing her skin, so her Aunt Alana made her a long sleeved sheer 셔츠 with a black shell bra, which she appreciates. She's not very good at making 프렌즈 because of her introverted, gothic, and isolated loner nature but she does learn to get better at socializing and making friends, while still staying an emotionless and monotone goth. She is especially close with her cousins Coral and Cori. She becomes pretty close to her cousin Melody as well, but not to the same extent as Coral and Cori. She doesn't even think about where she came from 또는 what happened to her real parents because she doesn't believe in dwelling on the past and is perfectly happy with the family she has. She loves them 더 많이 than anything because they care about her and have given her such a wonderful life that she couldn't even imagine having a happier one (Even when ignoring the whole royalty thing), even though her face and voice doesn't show it. She'll do anything to protect her family. While she doesn't smile very much, the few times she does are when she's especially happy, though it's 더 많이 like a Mona Lisa smile.
Alana's Daughter:
Princess Cori/Cordelia (Age 10)
The only child of Alana and she couldn't be 더 많이 different from her mother. Her name is Cordelia but she hates being called that and prefers to be called Cori because it's not so girly. As opposed to her girly, beauty focused, and fashionista mother, Cori is a hardcore tomboy. Her personality is just like Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Spinelli from Recess. Unlike her mother, she doesn't care about her looks at all, she doesn't even care that her bangs are always in her face. She loathes girly stuff and often gets into disagreements and arguments with her mother. Her relationship with her mother is a lot like Rarity and Sweety Belle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Alana is a lot like Rarity and just like Sweety Belle, Cori likes to get dirty and do things that aren't so lady-like, though Cori does it to a much larger extent than Sweety Belle. While they do fight, she and her mother 사랑 each other very much and are always there for each other. She is a huge prankster, even 더 많이 so than her cousin Kai, who she'll often get into fights with 의해 pranking each other to see who does pranks better, which is all in good fun. She is very close to her cousins Kai, Coral, Athena, and Morticia. She also becomes pretty close with her cousins Melody and Merrick. She is a hardcore tomboy that is very sassy but has a soft and sensitive side to her, which she tries not to show. She often gets into fights with her cousin Cecilia, due to their polar opposite personalities.
Ariel's Son:
Prince Merrick (Age 9)
The 초 born child and only son of King Eric and 퀸 Ariel, as well as the younger brother and only sibling of Princess Melody. Much like his sister, he looks like a combination of both his parents but looks 더 많이 like his mother just like how Melody looks 더 많이 like her father. However, he takes after his father a lot 더 많이 in terms of personality, just like how Melody takes much 더 많이 after her mother in terms of personality. He's adventurous, fun-loving, playful, smart, can be a little clueless at times like his dad, likes to poke fun of Grimsby, loves dogs, and doesn't always follow the rules (Which seems to be a family trait with his parents and sister). He dresses similar to his father, only 더 많이 sloppy, due to being only nine-years-old. He idolizes his father and wants to be just like him. He would 사랑 to be the captain of a ship and sail the sea as his father did. He is very close to his older sister and both of his parents. He is a bit of a troublemaker but not nearly as much as his sister. He is also pretty close to his cousins Kai, Ray, Coral, Cori, Athena, and Gil. On a side note, his 셔츠 color is the same color as his mother's mermaid tail and when he is a merboy, I had his tail be the same color as his mother's shell bra.
