1. How does it feel to be 팬 of the Month?
It feels absolutely amazing. I was so surprised when I was notified since I didn't expect it at all! I am not a regularly active user because I tend to be busy with school, so I'm usually only really active during school breaks. Nevertheless it is so flattering to be recognized in this way!
2. Your 가장 좋아하는 Princess? Why?
For the past several years Belle has remained firmly at the 상단, 맨 위로 of my list. I really relate to her desire for adventure and her 사랑 of books. I think that her bravery and ability to see past the surface of people are incredibly admirable. I think that the real reason why she has unwaveringly been my 가장 좋아하는 for so long is that she reminds me of my best friend. My best friend’s 가장 좋아하는 fairy tale has always been Beauty and the Beast, and so now that we go to college in different states watching Disney’s Beauty and the Beast reminds me of her and helps me to bridge the distance between us. Belle is both a comfort to me and a role model.
3. Your least 가장 좋아하는 Princess? Why?
Rapunzel has remained my least 가장 좋아하는 ever since 라푼젤 was released, although if Anna and Elsa are ever coronated Anna just might steal the spot from her. I don’t dislike Rapunzel, I simply find that her movie seems like it’s forcing me to like her, and that really bothers me. It makes her come across as a Mary Sue. She’s just a little too quirky, a little too cute, and a little too perfect.
4. Has your 가장 좋아하는 princess ever changed?
Yes, a few times. My childhood 가장 좋아하는 was Ariel. I was OBSESSED with her. No really, I would watch The Little Mermaid at least once a week, dreamily walk around 노래 “Part of That World,” force my father to act out scenes from the movie (me being Ariel, he being everyone else), and anytime I went swimming I spent the whole time pretending I was a mermaid. I didn’t even get my first haircut until I was in the third grade because I wanted my hair to be like Ariel’s! After Ariel I discovered Belle because my best friend loved her. Then for a brief time in middle school Aurora became my favorite, after which Belle reinstated herself. After I first saw The Princess and the Frog, Tiana held the 제목 for a while, but once again Belle snuck her way back to the top, and she has remained there ever since.
5. Your 가장 좋아하는 Prince? Why?
That’s a tough one, I don’t really have a 가장 좋아하는 princes list. I’d probably say Shang, because beneath the cold military exterior 당신 can see his warm and honestly adorable personality. I 사랑 the scene where he accepts the sword from his father, and when he tells 뮬란 “You fight good.”
6. Your least 가장 좋아하는 Prince? Why?
Prince Charming. No surprises here haha. He has no personality and doesn’t even try to find 신데렐라 himself, instead leaving it to the Grand Duke. I much prefer Kit from the 2015 live action Cinderella.
7. Your 가장 좋아하는 DP movie?
Beauty and the Beast! I 사랑 the message it sends, and the characters and 애니메이션 are wonderful. There isn’t a single character in this movie that I dislike. The soundtrack can send shivers down my spine and bring tears to my eyes. I think it is the best movie 디즈니 has ever done.
8. Your least 가장 좋아하는 DP movie?
Unfortunately I’m going to have to say Cinderella. It’s a beautiful and timeless film, but the mice grate on my nerves enough to put it at the bottom of my list. (If we are including Elsa and Anna in the lineup though, then 겨울왕국 is my least favorite.)
9. If 당신 could choose one 디즈니 heroine to be in the line-up, who would it be? Where would they rank on your pretty list and 가장 좋아하는 list?
Kida!!! Atlantis: The 로스트 Empire is one of my 가장 좋아하는 non-DP movies, and I’ve always thought she deserved to be a part of the lineup. I 사랑 her desire to help her people and her willingness to do anything for them, as well as her curiosity for history. She would be fourth on my favorites list, and seventh on my prettiest list.
10. Which Princess do 당신 relate to most?
Definitely Belle. I share a desire for adventure and a 사랑 of 책 with her, as well as an ability to see the good in people. I can also relate to Pocahontas and Aurora.

Hmmm another tough one. I’ve never made a 가장 좋아하는 couples list before. I’d probably say Tiana and Naveen, because they both change each other for the better.

뮬란 and Shang. Their relationship feels very shoe-horned in at the end. I would have preferred it if they had just remained friends.
14. Your 가장 좋아하는 DP Outfit?
Tiana’s white dream dress! It is so gorgeous and simple, and it comes with a fabulous feather boa!
15. Your least 가장 좋아하는 DP Outfit?
Probably Jasmine’s dark purple outfit that she wears at the very end of Aladdin. I’m not a 팬 of most of her outfits, but this one is the worst in my opinion. I don’t like that shade of purple on her.

Can it be a DP movie? If so then Brave. If not, then probably WALL-E.
22. Which DP do 당신 want to be best 프렌즈 with?
Merida! She could teach me archery and falconry and stuff. It would be so much fun.
23. Which DP do 당신 think 당신 would not get along with?
Honestly, none of them. I tend to get along with most people I meet. I usually see the good in people and focus on it, so it’s rare for me to meet someone I dislike 또는 who rubs me the wrong way.
24. 가장 좋아하는 crossover couple? (the princess with another 디즈니 character 또는 prince)
신데렐라 and Tiana. I think they would be the most adorable couple! They are both very driven, but have enough differences that their relationship would remain interesting. Tiana tends to be somewhat judgmental while 신데렐라 is very accepting. I think that Cinderella’s kindness would soften some of Tiana’s sharp edges, while Tiana’s outspokenness would teach 신데렐라 that sometimes it’s ok to be a little 더 많이 forceful.
25. Have 당신 ever been to any of the 디즈니 theme parks? Which one? If not, which one would 당신 like to go to?
I have been to both Disneyland and 디즈니 World once each. Of the two I preferred Disneyland. I got to meet Pocahontas when I was at 디즈니 World though! She is the only princess I’ve ever met. She complimented me on my hat. :)
26. CGI 또는 Hand-drawn animation?
Both are beautiful, but I have to say hand drawn animation. In CGI things can be very detailed, but characters’ skin tends to look plasticky, which is annoying. I enjoy the simple beauty of hand drawn animation, as well as the versatility that can come from the different styles.
27. What's your 가장 좋아하는 activity on Fanpop?
Probably participating in countdowns 또는 making my own. They are always very interesting, and it’s nice to look 앞으로 to the 다음 투표 in the countdown.
28. What are your hopes on...
Fanpop? That we will continue to attract new and active users, and that those who are already here will continue being the wonderful people they are.
Upcoming 디즈니 movies? I am INCREDIBLY excited for Moana! I fear that they might be rushing its development, but I am hopeful nonetheless. A seafaring princess sounds so cool.
Future 디즈니 movies? I hope we get 더 많이 디즈니 Princess movies. I 사랑 the franchise, and while some feel that the lineup is getting too crowded, I say the 더 많이 the merrier!
29. If 당신 woke up one 일 and were stuck in a 디즈니 movie, which movie would 당신 want it to be?
Brave, because I could do fun things with Merida once the 곰 issue got itself sorted out. 또는 Beauty and the Beast because Belle could give me some really great book recommendations.
