디즈니 프린세스 Article: My opinion on 겨울왕국

So,a lot of users on 팬팝 did its' opinion on Frozen,so I wanted to write my own opinion on that movie,too.It's the newest 디즈니 movie,and there's a lot of arguments on it,so I tought that I can make my thoughts on it.
I want to state that this is just MY opinion,I don't mean to hurt 또는 hate anybody.
Also,forgive me for few mistakes,English isn't my native language.

I like Frozen.I don't 사랑 it,but I like it.The story is okay,the characters are good,and that's it.I enjoyed watching it,but I don't think that 겨울왕국 is perfect.
This 기사 will be spread in 3 parts:Characters,Story and Logic.
So,let's begin...:)

1.Characters
The characters are good.Not the best,but good.
So,here are the characters:
Anna:Anna is a quite realistic character.She is awkward and dorky,she is bubbly and optimistic...I actually like her,but I agree,she isn't the smartest 디즈니 princess.Yes,she wanted to marry a man she just met,but I'm not mad because of that.She probably didn't know what 사랑 is.Her parents where always with Elsa because of the powers that she had,so they probably didn't have time for explaining Anna what a true 사랑 is.
I'm mad on her because she doesn't listen.When she was a child and when she played with Elsa,she didn't listen to warnings that Elsa gave her.I know,I know,she was just a little kid,but still...She didn't listen when Elsa told her that she can't merry a man that she's just met,but she also didn't listen.I understand,she liked Hans,but Elsa was older and she probably knew 더 많이 then Anna.
I still like Anna 더 많이 than Elsa,tho.

Elsa:I don't like Elsa that much.She was almost my favourite 디즈니 princess/queen,but then I thought about it.Elsa is kind,free-spirited and she is calm unit she finds out about eternal winter,but that's it.She doesn't have much of a personallity,except that she is scared through the whole movie.Don't get me wrong,I still like Elsa,but she isn't one of my favourites.A while 이전 I read the 기사 about Elsa being a coward,and I actually agree with it.Elsa doesn't solve her problems,she runs away from them.
But yeah,I still like her,even if I don't get the end scene.Through the whole movie Anna repeated to Elsa that they can fix the thing and unfreeze the winter,but Elsa did not understand it.And then,at the end,she somehow understands it.I know,Elsa understand it because Anna almost died for her and all,but yeah...

Hans:I like Hans as a villian,but I prefer him as a hero.Elsa was first supposed to be the villian,but then 디즈니 changed it.Disney could at least gave us one hint that he is a villian.I mean,did 당신 saw how was he smiling at Anna when no one was watching?That wasn‘t the villian smile...

Kristoff:I don‘t know what to say about Kristoff.He is a cool guy and all,but I don‘t understand one thing about him.At first he didn‘t really liked Anna,but then,when the trolls started singing,he was suddenly in 사랑 with her.
But at least he‘s better then Hans.

Olaf:At first he was cute,but then he was just annoying.Yes,he is in the movie because of the kids and all,and even if I still find him kinda annoying,I find him cute,too.He isn‘t very smart,but he is funny and he can be wise sometimes.

Parents:I hate Elsa‘s and Anna‘s parents!
I mean,trolls said that the fear will be Elsa‘s enemy,and then they made her to be afraid of her own powers!They actually ruin her life,and for me,they are the villians.

Trolls:Trolls aren‘t bad as Elsa‘s and Anna‘s parents.They cured Anna and warned parents about the bad side of power and all,but they didn‘t get it.

Sven:Sven is cute and kinda weird reindeer.I don‘t know what to say about him.I like him and all,but he is not that special.

2.Story
Story is great,but it isn‘t the best 디즈니 story.I think that it could be better if they made the orginal story in to the movie.The story starts with one little optimistic Anna and one cold and calm Elsa.We already know what‘s going on.Then Elsa can‘t control her powers and she hurts Anna.That isn‘t the bad beginning,if 당신 ask me.Then we see the trolls and Kristoff,and we see how stupid their parents are.Anna forgets everything about ice powers,and she is sad and lonely because Elsa‘s doesn‘t want to talk to her.Elsa doesn‘t want to hurt Anna,and that‘s the reason why they don‘t talk.I mean,really?They can‘t even talk through the doors?
Anna is still sad and she wants to go out,even if she could go out ANYTIME SHE WANTED.
And that‘s the whole beginning,everyone knows what happens next.
So yeah,the story is good,interesting,and it‘s fun to watch.I really enjoyed when I was watching it.But I think that 겨울왕국 will be forgotten fast.
The songs are great,too.I liked Let It Go the most.

Logic
I know that this is the 디즈니 movie and all,but the little logic wouldn't mind...
Let‘s start with the parents.They knew that the fear would be Elsa‘s enemy,but they still made her to be afraid of her own powers.
And what did Elsa ate if she freezes everything what she touches?
And,how didn‘t Elsa and Anna talk through the doors?
And also, how come that Elsa and Anna never really saw each other?Didn‘t they had family 공식 만찬, 저녁 식사 또는 something?
So many questions...
And there‘s this end scene,where Elsa suddenly knows how to stop winter...
Even if I like Frozen,the logic in it isn‘t the best.And couldn‘t 디즈니 even give us the one hint that Hans is the villian?And why was he smiling at Anna when no one was watching if he was planning to kill her?
Remeber when Elsa send that giant snowman on Anna and Kristoff?Why would she do that if she didn‘t want to hurt them?
As I said,so many questions...

So,yeah,the characters are good,the story is okay,the songs are great,but there‘s something missing.I don‘t hate Frozen,but,in my opinion,it isn‘t the best 디즈니 movie.It isn‘t even the best DP movie,at least to me.
So,that was my opinion.What‘s your opinion on Frozen?

3xZ I agree mostly with your view about the characters. About Anna didn't want to listen to Elsa when she wanted to marry Hans, I think she doesn't want to be alone again after the coronation party is over. If she marries Hans, she'll has a good company or so she thought. And perhaps she thought that all Elsa knew was 'to shut everything'. Also about Hans's smile, I agree that he looked genuinely amused by Anna. Disney tried to trick us yet it makes Hans's character unsteady. After the moment we see that Hans is evil, it's like all he did was acting while before it looks real. Such a great actor he is! So I always think that my theory is better that at first he was really good to Anna and had no bad intention to Arendelle. But after the mess in Arendelle, Anne left the charge on him, and the citizens like him, he, suddenly, thinks that he is able to the kingdom. Especially when Spanish Dignitary said, 'you are all Arendelle has left.'.... Olaf, yeah, sometimes he could be both annoying and funny in the same time XD But the only thing why I can't love him that much is because of the fact that he is made by Elsa and is based on Elsa's emotion while creating him. Agree again. I really HATE Anna and Elsa's parents! They are stupid and only good in looks. As for the story, I agree that Frozen has a lot of illogical parts in the plot as well as plot holes. Like when you said that Anna and Elsa can talk through the door? I've never think about it! But you are right, they can. 'Maybe Elsa is afraid that she couldn't resist the temptation to play along with Anna.' *trying to defendElsa* asdfghjkl Overall, I like this article. MissBlue1 3xZ Thanks :) I agree with what you said.Frozen is a good movie,but it has got a lot of plot holes and questions that aren't answered. I think that you're right about Anna.Maybe she wanted someone to be with her after coronation day to keep her compoany.And yes,Hans is a good actor and he is also very smart,that is one of the reasons why I like him as a villian.I agree with what you said about Olaf. And yeah,I thought that Elsa and Anna could talk through the doors because Elsa can't actually freez the door :D

cruella I have to say I agree with a lot of your opinions, especially about the plot holes. That's one the big reasons I'm not a big Frozen fan. So great job

BelleRose829 I agree, but u just can't seem like Frozen, not only because of its plot holes and various missteps in logic it's modern cultural style isn't really for me.

ApplesauceDoctr Nice article! :) I think Elsa knew that love would thaw the winter because a little after Anna reverts back to normal, Olaf says "An act of true love will thaw a frozen heart". That's when Elsa made the connection. Still, I wish there was a bit more to it, like maybe Elsa acknowledged Anna as that source of love? I don't know. But like I said, nice article! :D

iwasneverhere A lot has been said about this movie, and about the Revival Era in general. Great article! You make some excellent points. I agree that the logic in Frozen makes no sense at all. It compounded the difficulties that the two girls faced, and it left me frustrated at every turn. Most Disney movies, even the classic DP ones---- have a logic in them that makes sense, and the actions taken by the protagonists/antagonists make sense to the viewer. Elsa's actions stopped making sense right after she froze Anna for the second time! Elsa freezes Anna's heart, and then sends a giant snow golem to chase them away. REALLY? That shows love? Anna doesn't know anything about love--- AND this scene with Elsa setting Marshmallow on her sister---- also shows that Elsa KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT LOVE, EITHER!!! Which ( in my mind) PERFECTLY NEGATES Elsa's earlier statement to Anna that "you can't marry a man you just met." Elsa comes off as a little bit of a hypocrite. She can't and shouldn't be dispensing love advice, since she knows ZIP about it, herself. I can't watch Frozen again, because I HATE THE TROLLS with A PASSION. I HATE Elsa and Anna's parents with A PASSION. I HATE Hans. I HATE Elsa. I dislike Anna. And I can take Olaf and Kristoff only in wee doses. I came away hating too many characters in this movie. So the bottom line for me was that it was a bad movie. It was ridiculously successful ( won every award there ever was, and made money hand over fist), but it was a poorly made movie, with glaring plot holes, bad characterization, songs that grated on my eardrums, and a take-home message that totally contradicted itself. If I have a kid, it isn't fair for them to be as confused as I was by watching this movie. I'll save them the headache and frustration.

ApplesauceDoctr Yeah,I forgot that Olaf said that XD And I agree,scene would be better if we saw more of Elsa connection,not just with her powers,but with Anna itself. iwasneverhere There's no logic at all in this movie.I don't hate Frozen,but the movie isn't that good.And I agree,even the classic Disney movies had more sense. You are right:Elsa doesn't know what love is either.I never actually thought about it. I don't hate some characters,but I don't like Elsa and trolls that much.Characters that I really hate are Elsa's and Anna's parents.To me,they are the villians in the story. The only thing that I truly loved in the movie are songs,but that's it.I liked the other things,too,but not that much.Yeah,the some characters are okay,some are not.Story is okay,too,but it has a lot of plot holes and questions that aren't answered. So,Frozen is okay movie to me,but I have to admit,it isn't good as most people think it is.Classic era was so much better in my opinion.
