Okay so a lot of 당신 guys are new to 팬팝 some of 당신 are old. So many of 당신 may 또는 may not know of 팬 of the Month. Well FOTM happenes at the end of each 월 where we owner those 팬 we believe made an impacked on the 팬 club. 의해 posting article, images, making polls, doing quizes and so on. This is how we honor them back for their good deeds. But I don't go through the 팬 to pick who I think would earn it (I mean princecatcher93 every 월 guys?) 당신 guys picks 의해 going to this 포럼 link and 코멘트 which users 당신 believed truely earned it sadly it 당신 guys didn't really read the rules and I have the rules for it makes it easy for me to make the 투표 and fair for 당신 guys to all to have a try at winning. Because I believe many of 당신 don't read the rules because 당신 want to make sure all your 프렌즈 are in and 당신 don't want to leave anyone out 또는 make a friend feel bad. But please take the time to read the rules and under stand.

Rules
Only nominate THREE users per month.*
It use to be Four but now it's three because well there are beginning to be to many of 당신 and since everyone wants their hand at putting someone in to the poll. So to make it fair for everyone three is now the new limit.

Each person can only win once, so do not nominate 이전 winners.
Now I know many of 당신 have seen the big long lists of names going down the whole 포럼 of users past and present who have won, but please make sure 당신 check to see if the user 당신 put in hasn't won yet. This has to be my least 가장 좋아하는 thing about finding the 팬 finding the same ten people being in everyone's lists. I know 당신 all believe that they should win but it makes it hard when I copy and paste the names into the 투표 to make sure I have that person once and not ten times.

This made a lot of drama happen one times where users where making accounts 또는 asking 프렌즈 and family to make accounts to vote for them. Please don't it makes everyone angry and may lead to a FOTMless Month.

To Get into the Running Rules 또는 how do I know if this person should be in the running?

Do stuff on Fanpop 또는 How do they help Fanpop
If they post helpfully things everyday that's good and they could be in the running. But if they only 게시됨 one 기사 two 이미지 and gave one 벽 post, think twice please.

Over A Month
A Lot of users that have been in FOTM Only 가입하기 팬팝 for that 월 and after they won 또는 are in the poll. He Gone 또는 She Gone. Please try to pick people who are over a 월 old that way they have a older users can get in the running and the newer ones can work hard to get in 다음 months.
