So…some of y’all might remember that when I first 가입하기 Fanpop, I did a Best DP Mother countdown. And now I have finally got around to making the article. Enjoy…

10---Mulan
Poor Mulan…I totally disagree on her placement in this countdown, but this is all of the DP Club’s opinion. I thought that 뮬란 would be a great mom, as the kids in the 초 movie adored her, but other 팬 bring up a good point. Since 뮬란 is a solider, she would be away from 집 a lot. And since Shang’s in the army too, there wouldn’t be anyone to be with the kids. Mulan’s also pretty dedicated to the army, so she probably wouldn’t want to give that up for being a stay at 집 mom.



SweetPea2007 - I don't think she would want to give up the warrior life and would feel conflicted with serving her country and taking care of her child. She would not be a bad mom, but I don't think she would be content staying 집 and being a mother.

LightningRed - She has well intentions, but she's so clumsy and forgetful. I can imagine her waking up late and saying to her child, "Oh my, have 당신 eaten yet?" And her child answers, "Yes, mommy, Daddy fed me before he went away." Haha...

DsnyPrincess - She would always be tough and strong and I don't really think that she'd be that gentle and patient.

9---Ariel
    Ariel, Ariel, Ariel…For a girl who dreamed to experience everything she could on land, and that apparently didn’t include motherhood. The sequel aside, Ariel is too reckless to settle down and take care of a kid. One, she sold her voice just to be human; and two, she thinks it’s okay to drive a carriage off a cliff. What sort of example would that set on her child? Looking at the sequel, though, makes her probability of being a good mom drop. So just because a sea witch tries to kill your daughter suddenly means 당신 have to keep everything a secret? WTF? Wouldn’t telling her the truth increase the chance of her survival? I understand the freak out moment, but there must be better soulutions. Whatever. On to the 다음 one…



bluecinderella4 - I gotta go with Ariel even though she has a kid in the sequel. As a mother Ariel barely paid attention to her daughter, hid her past and her own family from her kid, and wouldn't let her follow her dreams. Yeah, good parenting. Then again, it's opinion

TheBreeze - Too reckless.

AllegroGiocoso - I think Ariel is too irresponsible in my opinion to be a really good mother... maybe in a few years, but having a kid is a major responsibility that I don't think Ariel is ready to take on yet. She just is too reckless in my opinion to really be a good mom.

8---Jasmine
    I’ll just come out and say it; 재스민 속, 재 스민 has ZERO experience with children. Period. Sure, she gave the kid an apple, but really, if 당신 saw the kid you’d probably do the same. If she can’t handle all the responsibilities of being a princess, how can she handle the responsibilities of being a parent? 재스민 속, 재 스민 would probably be a good parent for a 일 또는 two, and then let the castle’s servants do all the dirty work of motherhood.



jackdawson-love - I don't think that she would like to put her body through that and also, she ran away when she was going to become princess, so I don't think she could handle it all.

SweetPea2007 - I agree about the body thing plus I don't think she would have the patience to deal with children all the time...She seems 더 많이 like the type to 사랑 children but also likes to give them back to their parents when they start annoying her 또는 they are dirty 또는 smell. I don't think she could handle poop and spit up 또는 high pitched screaming all the time.

LightningRed - 재스민 속, 재 스민 may 사랑 her child greatly, but she doesn't have the skills Rapunzel has.

7---Rapunzel
    Despite all of the housework talent she learned in her tower, Rapunzel has barely seen the world. She would be as naïve as her child would be. If she wants a kid, she probably would have to wait a long, long, long time to learn the ropes of the world. Eighteen years is a lot of time to catch up on.


    
Blossomyumyum - Her, a mother? Seriously?!

Katrinaprime - It'd be practically getting pregnant at 17 (it just shouldn't happen!) And Rapunzel is not mature enough.
    
Magicfairydust - She would be a really irresponsible mother. She's so ditzy and clumsy at times, it makes her cute, but that poor child is probably going to end up taking care of his/her own mother. Rapunzel is so naive and doesn't know much about the real world. She wouldn't be able to take care of her child successfully.    

6---Aurora
    As we barely know Aurora in her 18 분 of screentime, this is one of the harder one to talk about. From what was in the movie, Aurora is even 더 많이 naïve than Rapunzel at points. One notably being dancing in the woods with a complete stranger. Nice example for the kids, Princess. Her actions might give the message that everyone can be trusted, no matter how shifty they look. And considering how dreamy she is, Aurora might lose track of her kids while in la-la land.



BelleAnastasia-I don't think she'll pay as much attention to her kids as the remaining princesses.

CodyVenusTrent - I think that she would teach her child to be sweet with the 동물 but she could make her child very trustful and then he/she could go with a stranger as his/her mother dance with one in the woods (although it was Phillip). So she wouldn't be very responsible as a mother.

Maryksand - I think that at the point of the movie Aurora was not mature enough to have kids (she was just 16), but if we talk about what kind of mom she would make in the future I think it is hard to say because we did not get to know much about her as we did about other 디즈니 Princesses so...

5---Tiana
    To make this simple, all Tiana ever dreamed of was owning her own restaurant. Now she’s got her dream, and 의해 the looks of it, her dream is keeping her very busy, so Tia wouldn’t have any time to spare for kids. Heck, she didn’t even originally want to get married, so I don’t see any children in her future.



BelleAnastasia - I have a feeling she might be too busy with her restaurant.

Purpledolphin - I agree with BelleAnastasia.

Mongoose09 - Even though Snow White's only 14, I still think she'd be a brilliant mother and make the most of it. Tiana, while she would be good, would be busy a lot of the time with work so may not have much time to properly look after the kid 의해 herself.

4---Pocahontas
    Poca has never, ever, seemed to express a desire to have children, and it’s not hard to see why. Although she has a 도서관, 라이브러리 of life lessons at her disposal, Poca also does reckless things like jumping off cliffs and risking her life for someone she just met recently. She also has a free spirit that probably wouldn’t want to be contained 의해 a child.


    
SweetPea2007 - I don't see her wanting to settle down and have a family right away. If she ever decided to have kids I think she would be a good mom, but I don't see her wanting to give up her freedom and be tied down.

Ladyhadhafang - She wouldn't make a terrible mother (I think she'd teach the children some good life lessons, really), but at the same time, I think she'd have to wait a bit to become a mother. I don't think she would personally feel ready, really.    

starlight77 - She doesn't seem like she would want kids and she doesn't seem like she would be suited to since she is such a free spirit.
    
3---Snow White
With Snow, her capabilities to take care of a child can’t be questioned. She can cook, clean, and knows how to be both strict and kind. But her issues come from her trusting nature. For crying out loud, Snow took a free 사과, 애플 from a suspicious hag without question. She’s not the sharpest 칼, 나이프 in the drawer. And she is only 14, so I highly discourage her to have kids until much later.



Miyuki-hime - She can't even take care of herself, how could she take care of a child?

Magicfairydust - She seems a bit young to be a mother. She might be slightly too naive and not know what to do.

MrsEmmaPeel - She does know how to clean, cook, and order 당신 like a mother to wash your hands before eating, but let’s face it she's pretty naive when it comes to listening to her 프렌즈 warning her to not let any strangers into the house and believing a stranger that an 사과, 애플 is a wishing apple. That’s pretty bad if she had children around.

2---Belle
    She was really close to getting first, but some good points were made. Belle just doesn’t seem ready enough for kids. Belle herself even sang that she wanted adventure, and that might be hard towing a kid around. Although she has a caring father, it seems Belle doesn’t have as much experience with children as she is the oddball in her town. She also might be so absorbed in her 책 that she might not notice her kid wander off 또는 something like that. So although it was close, one 더 많이 princess had a little 더 많이 experience to take the main spot. And that is…


    
DsnyPrincess - 신데렐라 seems 더 많이 ready than Belle.
    
Carrieicecream - Because 신데렐라 can do chores. This was really hard...
    
TheCrystalRing - Belle is so absorbed in her 책 that she might forget to keep track of her kids. And she even said she wanted adventure. That would be kinda hard with a kid, too...

1---Cinderella
    Cindy could be a great mother. I was surprised that they choose Ariel to have a kid instead of her. She can cook and clean, knows how to sew, and can be strict and funny at the same time. Even though many think that since she was treated badly under her stepmother, Cindy would be a bad parent, it’s not like she never had a good childhood. Actually, it looked like her dad was very loving. Cindy can take her memories of her dad’s parenting skills and use them on her child.

        

SweetPea2007 - I think because of the way she was raised 신데렐라 will be a very nurturing, loving mother (I doubt she would want her kids to feel the way she felt growing up so she will not act the way her step-mother did, also she saw how her step-sisters turned out...but her father was alive long enough to have an impact on her and to give her memories of a loving and compassionate parent). From how she takes care of the mice and other 동물 she shows her maternal side and she also seems to have a very patient and calm personality. Just because she was stuck with her step family and took their cruelty does not mean she will have no back bone when it comes to her kids. Her step-mother was her elder and an authority figure and her only option was to be treated like crud and have a roof over her head....but as a mother she will be the authority figure and yeah she might spoil her kids a little because she can, but I think she will also be firm and have common sense when it comes to raising them. That is just my opinion though...;)
