I just watched an episode and wondered this myself. Seeing as his is my 가장 좋아하는 antagonist in the show I would also like to know the answer to your question.

Rudy Cooper's Tattoo is of Celtic 개 chasing each other in a circle. It is originally from The Book of Kells. I have the same tattoo on my chest and I was a bit shocked to see it in the program. I wonder if the actor has it 또는 if it was put on for affect. I have added a pic of my tattoo. It was actually my first and is now part of a much larger piece but this is a close-up of what it looked like new and all 의해 its lonesome many years ago. Obviously, his tattoo is the negative image of mine but the same design. There are many variations on this basic interwoven-three-animal-circular-design in Celtic art but 개 are one of the most common themes.
