ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: This episode was really unlike any we’ve seen on the show before. How much time and money was put into this 시간 compared to a typical week? SCOTT BUCK: It was considerably more. There were a lot of visual effects that are very costly and then to go out and shoot in Astoria added to our price tag. But it was our final episode and Showtime was very accommodating. Our normal eight days of production became 10 days.
A major character takes a hit as 'Dexter' unveils its penultimate episode 의해 James Hibberd @ EW

We start with 덱스터 at Vogel's place, washing up after Saxon killed her last week and trashing evidence of his...

The brain surgeon revealed (again!), a new cop arrives, and Dex decides to quit 의해 James Hibberd @ EW
Argentina, huh? 덱스터 is going to quit his job at Miami Metro, and run off to Argentina with Hannah and Harrison (after politely giving two weeks notice, of course). But first he's going to risk all of that to kill the brain surgeon, whose identity was finally REALLY revealed, to avenge the murder of his dear longtime friend Zach Hamilton. Hmm.
