I've almost been depressed & only my 프렌즈 cheered me up. After that experience of almost having a depression, Im been expressing myself 더 많이 darkly, I've been dressing in darker colours, listening to alternative 음악 더 많이 than my usual HipHop. It's the only way I can get my emotions through without doing anything bad. Her getting help is smart.
Wow... if you're going to stop liking her because of that, that's pretty stupid no offense. But, she knows she has a problem and she's getting help. I've been depressed and I tried to cut my wrist before but couldn't figure out how... I kinda did it and it felt kinda good but I never did it again. Demi has a very stressful and demanding lifestyle and I guess she was scared to talk about her problems...

Technically she admitted to cutting on a talk show. She said when she was younger and dealing with personal family problems and her weight she became depressed and cut.
sawy i just saw dis i started crying....not just becuz she did that stuff but that kids/young adult dont have a chance to go to rehab....and take there own life
There is nothing worn with it lots of people do it not for attention like some people think its for an emotional release and if your saying how wrong that is it's called being judgmental and I u do That don't be suprised if people do it right back
