No there are 4 PARTS to the first season, it is unknown if there will be a 초 season, its been said they might be making a 초 season and its gonna be like the manga.

Maybe...the 망가 is different from the anime. In the manga, the kishin was not yet found unlike in the anime. I wish it would be like Full Metal Alchemist and FMA brothethood. Both 아니메 were different. In Soul Eater, I don't know. I hope they would still continue it because the 망가 is so awesome.
