My 프렌즈 said this and made me mad!

I think the Lovely 본즈 and Twilight are completely different. They can't really be compared.

The Lovely 본즈 is based on the father not giving up on his daughter's case. It is love. But it's a fatherly love.

Twilight has to do with two teenagers falling in love. The "obsessive" 사랑 where the other person appeals to 당신 due to attraction. 당신 see each other, 당신 talk, 당신 court, 당신 fall in love.

These two can't really be compared in my opinion. And can I say something? It's been...too long since I have debated with anyone. Sometimes, it's hard to deal with those types of 팬 that can't see eye to eye 또는 at least be objective. But same thing goes to the antis.

Both 팬 and non-fans of the Twilight series have their kooks. I wouldn't dwell on it though. In the end, it's all fiction. People take from 책 what they will, whether 당신 find the message good 또는 bad in your opinion. But people take from 책 what they will due to what they have experienced.

Maybe that's not the case for your friends, but remember, not all Twilight 팬 are like this.

I know insane Twi-hards who should be detained, but insulting a book that actually has a good, dramatic, climactic plot is cold. I hate when those people who 사랑 the plotless void with an 사과, 애플 on the cover bash good 책 like Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. It makes me sick.
당신 can tell your friend that The Lovely 본즈 has 더 많이 plot than all four Twilight 책 plus Meyer's novella combined has and to try 읽기 the 책 instead of watching movie preivews.

My best friend said Meyer is the best writer in the world, she said she wrote the best series ever, she insulted HP and PJO at least 5 times in every sentence but this is a scandal!

I am sorry for over-reacting but I am really angry now.

People have their different opinions but honestly I think that your friend was doing no 더 많이 than attacking the book 당신 spent so long to read. I can't say too much but I can say this, there is no need to attack each others opinions 또는 get into an argument that could ruin the friendship. I'm sure nether of 당신 would like that.

People have the right to voice thier own opinions but i can understand how 당신 feel if they voiced thier views in that childish "It is stupid, omg i 사랑 twlight" sort of manner, if they are constructive and aren't rude then thier argument is reasonable, if it's mean well it's mean and they shouldn't be like that. I think 당신 shouldn't really bring up the 토론 again, as i don't think you'll be able to persuade them, but if they say thier opinions about the book (and not in a constructive way) then 당신 give them your opinions about twilight! Can i just say well done for bieng intelligent and 읽기 a book other than the vampire teenage genre! i mean there's nothing wrong with 읽기 vampire teenage genre, but there is when 당신 are obsessed with it, and 당신 disagree wth everything else :) Hope this helps :D x

I think 당신 should have accepted that she has a different opinion than you, and explain calmly to her that she should do the same, then 옮기기 on.

The Lovely 본즈 has a stronger and 더 많이 powerful message of 사랑 than Twilight could ever dream of having. Even if Twilight was a good and well written series, it would still lose. Family 사랑 beats out obsessive teenage crush 사랑 any day.

It was incorrect of them to say that Twilight is better. No book is inherently better 또는 worse than any other. They can be better 또는 worse from a literary perspective, but enjoyment of a story is too subjective to be broken down into "objectively better" and "objectively worse" :)

I 사랑 Twilight, but I didn't like The Lovely Bones. That doesn't mean Twilight is better, it just means that I enjoyed it more. That's not the same at all! :) You're 프렌즈 weren't quite right.
