Didn't Bella rape Edward ? Instead of him raping here ? ( 더 많이 reasons in the description)

Okay the reason asked was because here the rules are ( not sure about America):
If an adult ( 18 또는 over) decides to have intercourse with someone not an adult yet.
Its called sexual assualt ! It doesn't matter if your married having a sexual relationship is also rape.
So likely Edward is 17 and Bella is 18 and well they had sex so ...
Any ideas ?

yes well, nobody but Bella, the cullens and whatever his name is know its fraud, so to authoroties it counts and thye see Edward's aged even if he hasn't
