If fanpop is ONLY for fun, then why are there clubs for things like debating, human rights, recycling, religion, etc? Those things are pretty heavy, too.
Fanpop is a place where people can enjoy themselves, but that doesn't mean it's restricted to only entertainment or just-for-fun things. It's also a place where people can talk, share opinions, and show support for things they feel passionate about.
I'm passionate about Jesus. What's wrong with having a spot where I can express that? God wasn't meant to stay trapped in the stained glass windows at church; He wants to be involved in EVERY aspect of our lives...the internet included.
