Why Did the U.S. Government Purchase 30,000 Guillotines?
Published on April 29, 2017

"And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, 또는 in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." ~ Revelation 20:4

Matthew 28:19-20 describes how we must spread the Word of 예수님 Christ. We should teach everyone—Christians and nonbelievers alike—about God. Tell them to believe and then strengthen their faith. Try to teach as many places as 당신 can. Teach them the rules and 시 of the Bible. It doesn’t matter what they say about your beliefs, 당신 know you’re right and that God is with you.
Once the Holy Spirit came at the Pentecost, the Apostles were now full of strength to do what 예수님 told them. First, Peter healed a crippled beggar in the name...

I'm taking a history course this year, and I was supposed to write an essay on the reasons for success of Christianity. Enjoy!

Today, 기독교 is one of the most wide-spread religions of the world. But its history is filled with bloodshed and violence; early Christians had to endure horrific punishments for their faith. There are many stories of martyrs being stoned to death; of Christians’ bodies being used as torches to light Roman feasts; of people being crucified, sometimes upside-down, simply because they refused to renounce 예수님 Christ as their saviour. In the midst of such persecution,...

Last year, I wrote an 기사 where I talked about Carrie Fisher's death, because I thought it would be an interesting idea to talk about, especially to close off the year. So, I decided to do the same, but this time, I want to talk about a topic that's been heavily debated 의해 millions across the planet. I'm not trying to be super philosophical, but rather share with 당신 my point of view.

A few days ago, I decided to look up a few 비디오 about souls and the afterlife. I look up a video that talked about theories of what could happen. Most of them seemed reasonably beliveable, except for the...

Remember how I stated that I had gave up on womankind? Well I'm still "iffy" on the marriage thing but here is where this whole thing started:

2 years ago, a Vietnamese girl came to my church. The 초 I saw her...I was like "Whoa...she is HOOOT!" XD well I said that in my head, not aloud. Her name was Tran but she went 의해 Natalie--both cute names. Anyways...I was scared as crap to speak to her, 또는 even sit 다음 to her. I finally got the guts to say something...it was usually just small words like "How are you?" "Whats your name?" blah blah blah...then we started talking on 페이스북 and that...

Jesus Christ Superstar is a rock opera about the last seven days of the life of Christ before His crucifixion. Critics have given it rave reviews. Even some churches have sung its praises. Some have even hailed it as a means of presenting Christ to young people in a way they will understand and accept.

However, no one who examines it in the light of Scripture can be happy with the opera. It is impossible to see the Superstar as anything but one of the "false Christs" of whom the Lord 예수님 Christ warned us (Matthew...

That was the 질문 예수님 asked the women at the well, as 당신 read in John 4:7. Why would 예수님 need man to do him a favor in the first place? Is He not the Almighty God who can do whatever He wants? So why would He need to ask a foreign women to give Him some water? Why would He ask 당신 for a favor today?

You can respond like so many others do and say 'just leave me alone, I don't need you' and he probably would. 당신 look at him just like one of these annoying insurance sales men that really don't want to leave 당신 alone until they got 당신 to either buy something from them 또는 throw something...

TRUE STORY

A teenage girl about 17 named Diane had gone to visit some friends
one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various
experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than
planned, and had to walk 집 alone. She wasn't afraid because it was
a small town and she lived only a few blocks away.

As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep
her 안전한, 안전 from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a
short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down
the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were

Here's a lil something I'd like to talk about here: Science

As lots of 당신 know, I'm a Christian and all that. And well..IMHO, Science itself was never bad 또는 wrong. I like it, so I have nothing against Athiests. It's just that sometimes they go too far with it. I mean, making medicine and trying to help people--that's great. That's AWESOME. But...when they use it to clone and do other things that no human should ever have access to, that's when it's bad. And like, why? Why is it that Atheists trust Science? It's flawed like we all are. We are all imperfect, and science was made 의해 imperfect people. So..why? Why would u trust something that's just as flawed as u are?
Answer: Stoning is a method of execution during which a group of people, usually peers of the guilty party, throws stones at the condemned person until he 또는 she dies. Death 의해 stoning was prescribed in the Old Testament Law as a punishment for various sins. Both 동물 and people could be the subjects of stoning (Exodus 21:28), and stoning seems to have been associated with sins that caused irreparable damage to the spiritual 또는 ceremonial purity of a person 또는 an animal.

Some sins that resulted in stoning in the Old Testament were murder (Leviticus 24:17), idolatry (Deuteronomy 17:2–5),...

Those that aren't familiar with Tamar's story will be given some background before I jump ahead. Tamar was a princess. She has at least two brothers, Absalom and Amnon. One night her brother has a servant call her to Amnon's chamber with special bread. So Tamar comes and long story short, Amnon rapes her. She will now forever be disgraced. Absalom, though angry, told her to keep quiet.

-Imagine Tamar: grief-stricken, sobbing, ashes on her head. Her body in a heap on the cold floor. Soot covers her beautiful face and smears the rich 색깔 of her torn robe. Her outward appearance echoes the...

I found this on the "I 사랑 God." page on 페이스북 and found it rather uplifting.

Greetings…

There has been a whole lot of rapture talk going on lately. Again someone has predicted the world will come to an end at a certain 날짜 and time. I have been getting emails from folks around the world asking if this is going to be it for us and have been fielding 질문 at work.

The word of God very clearly says in Matthew 24:36 (NIV), “But about that 일 또는 시간 no one knows, not even the 천사 in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” 예수님 told in Acts 1:7, "It is not for 당신 to know the...
