I think they have just enough personality to make them unique. Especially Annaliese who is my favorite Barbie character for how dedicated she is to her people. In fact I like her a bit more than a few of the disney princesses, and wish some of them would take a page out of her book.

Definitely. I completely agree with Aang_Lite and MalloMar. I love Erica and Anneliese, they have amazing and very interesting personalities. Maybe we should start paying a little more attention to Barbie girls in the CAMH spot. I don't like the new Barbie movies, but the old ones deserve to be taken way more seriously imo.

The Barbie heroines usually are worthy of admiration. The majority of them possess good qualities to make them good and likable characters/role models. i remember i was pretty fond of the Princess and the Pauper growing up.
