lol i'm sorry but joss planned out the end from the start, he didn't make a wild jump to up ratings
dawn is also a great little addition and i think after a while she starts researching and becomes part of the gang....although she's more on the ouside of the guide////hmmm
yea its silly excuse for people who just dont like her. If you dont thats fine just give better reasons. There was hints throught seasons 3 and 4 preparing for both Dawn and Buffy death.
I thought it jumped after that. It just went downhill. I stopped watching after that whole storyline and just came back to check in once in a while and to watch the last few episodes of the series. I really loved Buffy for the first several years...but honestly I think it WAY overstayed it's welcome. Sorry, but even a show as awesome as Buffy can get old. But that's just me.
Much like Blackdoggy, I hated Dawn. But I still loved the show. I guess she was a little Scoobyish in S7, but I'm going with No because most of the time she wasn't, and now in S8 I really don't feel like she is either.
:O
*has heart attack*
seriously?
you have not watched all of it
:O
i can honestly say i love every episode but one of buffy, and i could happily just watch it over and over again
there are soooo many great episodes in season 5, 6 and 7
really truly please tell me you at least saw such classics as fool for love, the body, the gift, tabula rasa, life serial, wreaked smashed, the final three of season 6, help, conversations with dead people, lies my parents told me?
if not you must, must, must do! i know your a bigger angel fans and i think you would honestly season 7 it has a bit more of a angel sort of feel to it, i think.....although you would probs enjoy it more if you watch the full other seasons.....you know you must really just watch it all lol
not every episode! there were boring ones like "all the way" and "as you were". not my favorites. riley *gag* and "all the way" not the most exciting dawn episode.
I did see the body and the gift. They were really good. I'm not saying there weren't ANY good episodes after the whole Dawn fiasco. And I did like the finale. But after Dawn it just sort of overstayed is all. It became boring to me to watch on a weekly basis. I'd seen enough of the same old thing and I was just over it. That doesn't mean I think people who love it all are wrong or anything. I just got my fill with the first 4 seasons and moved on to something else.
ha ha ah of course not but if you like some of the other episodes like the finale and the body ect then i really would watch the other episodes that are hghly rated and just miss out the others
:)
buffy never jumped the shark
end of.

mainly spike and giles moments and stuff
but as you were is the one episode i was talking about but then again i don't really like bad eggs or some in early season 1 and 2 are a bit iffy
:)
But I don't think that Dawn erned complete official scooby status but by S7 she was nearly there!
