Whats up with the new BTVS Spot banner & 아이콘 ?:)

I was just wondering about that, can someone tell me ? I know like maybe 2 months 이전 we had a 팬 pick 질문 with new banners for this place, is it going to be changed ? I remember the one which won was amazing! i think we need to refresh this place ;)
