I have feeling it was the one they didn't how due to the hurricane but i dont know.

19 was the one they pulled because of the shooting in the US. Apparently they are planning to air it during Season 3. I saw a preview of it and it looks pretty good!

It was called: Player Under pressure:
All team members are working to identify the bones from a college athlete who suffered a lot of fractures. After the body is identified they talk to his sister and somebody who acted as a sort of an advisor for the deceased. Angela and Hodgins have an important talk. Zack is overwhelmed by having to reconstruct the crushed bones to form a skeleton.

It wasn't aired because of a shooting at Virgina Tech University. The storyline was too sensitive to air at that time. It is set to air sometime in season 3 though!
