Ok I can explain why I feel this way :D
1. Blair told Chuck she loved him, something she was terrified to do.
2. He cried in front of her!
3. They both showed their vunerable sides, something they are scared to death of doing, to each other.
4. THE EPIC HUG! I mean come on lol :D

AGREED! Especially with #3, everything about CB in that ep was amazing. But I loved that Chuck opened up and showed Blair that he needed her, and she dropped everything to help him.
And the hug was breathe-taking, I loved that episode :]

I remember crying like a baby to that episode. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, it was so so beautiful!
