It is said season 5 will end with a cliffhanger, so it's rather unlikely we will get Chair back because obviously that's the thing fans wait most for. And if that's what we want most, they will tortue us and force us to wait till season 6 to know if Blair chose Chuck or Dan. But fortunately they will be together again in the next season. If not, I really think it's the end of Gossip Girl. posted over a year ago.
