Should clarify that these posters might not technically be for the film as such. The expo is about selling licences to people who make/sell merchandise. So these posters are about selling 'Birds Of Prey' to merchandisers, not about selling the movie to us, if you get what I mean. Just seen a lot of anger about how only Harley appears on these posters... She is already a merch money-maker, so looks to me that they are selling 'Birds Of Prey' to merchandisers by using her already very-established branding. The rest of the characters in the movie are new in the cinematic universe, so they don't have the merch-power, hence Harley front-and-centre so they can get their foot in the door.
