I slammed my locker shut and ripped the 'Good Luck, Daniel' sign off.
I didn't Want to leave; Trust me. California wasn't the place for me, Washington was. I was born here, I should stay here.
I reopened my locker and reached for my notebook, but I stopped when I saw three pictures of me and my best friends. I carressed them for a few 초 before shutting my locker closed.
"I'll miss you, guys." I mumbled before walking out of the school. "Daniel, Lets go. We're already late." My mom complained. "Yes,Mom." I rolled my eyes and dropped mh bags into the back 좌석 of the car, and got into the passenger seat. "Honey, you'll just 사랑 it." She smiled from ear-to-ear. "Correction mom, 당신 will 사랑 it; not me." I glared. She sighed and pressed her heeled foot onto the gas pedal.

I sighed and closed my eyes, hoping to maybe catch some sleep. "California Here we come." I muttered then I found myself asleep.
"Daniel. Wake up!" I heard my mom shreik. I jumped and rubbed my eyes, I looked around and gasped. The car was completely totaled. I looked over to my mom and saw that she was stuck; her leg was 스플릿, 분할 open and there was a blade imbedded into her stomach. "Mom.." I squeaked.
"Daniel. Call help, okay?!" She yelled.

"911 operator, what is your emergency?" The operator asked. "Hello, oh god. Miss, please. I need help. Me and my mom got into a car crash." I almost sobbed. She gasped and quickly asked,"Where is your location?" I looked around and saw that we were only a few feet from the airport. "We're a few feet from the Seattle International Airport."
"Okay, Miss. We'll send help quickly." Then the line went dead.
I whimpered and threw my phone into the windshield. "Mom, What happened?" I asked. She looked so weak, her eyelids were drooping slightly as if she was falling asleep. "I was focusing on.. On the mirrors so I.. I'm so tired, Daniel. I'm just going to get some sleep, okay?" She closed her eyes abruptly and her breathing went still. "No." I whispered.
James's Pov.
We were heading to the airport to pick Kendall up from visiting his Grandma in Florida. Which I really didn't understand we had to come all the way to Washington just to pick him up.
"Hey, Logan?" I looked over at Logan who was chugging down a 콜라 and 읽기 Doctor's Weekly. "Yeah?" He put down the 기사 and drink; and looked up at me. No wonder mostly every girl at the Palm Woods would keep their distance. I looked like a player, so they think I'm a player. I just want to find her, the one who wouldn't 사랑 me for my looks. I drew a breath of relief when I rolled down my window. The smell of smoke and.. Blood filled my nose. "Kelly, Stop!" Kelly's eyes widened and she turned to face me. "I can't stop. We have to get Kendall and head back to record the new album." She glared. I returned a glare and pointed up north where there was a commotion going on. "Thats no-" She started. "Kelly, Look. James looks like he really needs to check this out. Just let him." Carlos insisted. I gave him a look of gratitude. He smiled and looked hopefully at Kelly. She sighed and sat back into her seat, pressing onto the gas pedal; and headed over to the scene.
As we came in closer I saw two ambulances and one cop hurrying. I jumped out of the car and ran over, I heard Logan yell. "Are 당신 insane?!" I glared and started for the cop. "What happened?" I asked. The cop sighed.
"We have no idea, But there was a crash between the two. A young girl about- How old are you?"
"17." I replied. "Yeah, 17. With her mom. The mom collided with a pickup truck. The mom didn't make it, but the girl was severely burned on the arm."
"Can... I meet her?" I asked.
"Do 당신 have any relation with the girl?" He asked, suspiciously. "Uh, Yes." I lied. He looked suspicious but led me to the 구급차 where the girl was.
"Here 당신 go." The officer said, and motioned over to the girl who was bundles up in a blue blanket and a white bandage over her left arm. "Hey, are 당신 okay?" I questioned. She had pure black hair and deep black eyes. She was pure, her tan skin reflected amazingly against the sunlight. "W.. Who are you?" She whispered. "James Diamond. Big Time Rush."
