If someone buys Marvel from Disney, will Big Hero 6 still be considered Disney?

I don't know much about the purchase 디즈니 made for Marvel, 또는 if someone can buy Marvel, but will Big Hero 6 still be Disney? Big Hero 6 was based off a Marvel comic book, but Walt 디즈니 Studios made the movie, not Marvel.
