CleoCorinne Damn right I am disappointed! These new dolls are terrible and let's not even talk about the name. I don't want to seem an awful person so I won't mention that.

MajorAbbey Ceci, if you want to f*** them up, can I join you? I'm still angry about their Nutcracker line. And someone needs to get them a book of baby names. Seriously.

MajorAbbey I'd like to think the re-using of names has something to do with trademarking, but let's be honest; that's not really a good excuse. It's not like they're short of money. The only reason I can think of is, yet again, they're not expecting much of their target audience. After all, little girls won't know that there was already a character called Corinne, right? Never mind that she's the protagonist of her movie. That, or they think girls won't watch 3M because it's not modern enough. Nothing would surprise me anymore.

cynti19 ^Well, I bet the little girls are more on watching modern versions of BMs and that is why, I'm getting lost of interests of BM for now on but it doesn't mean that I hate Barbie, it's still part of my childhood memories aside of Disney.

MajorAbbey ^Well, according to Mattel, girls only want modern things now. Or there's too many men in 3M. Or both. Like I said, nothing would surprise me. I don't blame you. I'm starting to lose interest as well. The fact that they couldn't acknowledge my favourite BM without wiping out my favourite character didn't help.
