Was I right to notice that Na'vi males do not have facial hair?

Yes, no Na'vi have hair except for on their head. Avatars of course are an exception to the rule because they have eyebrows.

The Na'vi do not grow typical facial hair (i.e. - Beard, mustache, etc).
