How make gifs with videos?

other options besides photoshop 또는 an easy way?

I'm new, and I've seen a lot of good gifs here and in Tumblr too, but don't understand how make it so easily. Is too hard for me make gifs 의해 programs like photoshop, photoscape 또는 whatever. I tried make GIFS with 유튜브 비디오 in GIFSOUP but it have the watermark and i don't like it
