lailastar I would love to know what is going through Katie's mind, with that secret smile on her face. My only disappointment re this interview is Bradley did not back Angel on ep. 08, it was obvious she expected him to, even Colin looked at him and expected him to agree with her. She looked hurt. Her acting was great in that episode as evil Gwen, it also had the most intimate scenes between them than any other episode throughout the series. Some recognition by him would have been nice, although I think he made up for it later in another interview when he spoke about her making him smile.

HumbleQueen I have mixed feelings about that, Lailastar. Angel liked the episode and the storyline because she was able to show her acting skills. If it wasn't his favorite it wasn't. Maybe she would have liked it if he had agreed and maybe was disappointed, I really can't say for sure because if she was, she soon recovered. IMO she doesn't need Bradley to agree with her on her favorite episode, nor does she need to agree with whatever his is. And about Colin, when I watched it I thought he looked at Katie, not Bradley, right after Angel said her favorite one because Angel and Katie were interacting about it. Colin was looking at EACH one of them BEFORE Angel said exactly which was hers. Look at it carefully and you'll see the cut in the video right after Angel said her favorite and THEN Colin was looking at Bradley. We don't and won't know what transpired in the cut part. So when Katie brought up the last two (after the clip in the tape) Bradley agreed and Colin was nodding in agreement too. Angel even nodded a bit though it wasn't apparently her favorite (she prob. doesn't have as big a part as the other three). People tend to like the episodes their characters get the best scenes in I would imagine and I'm sure Morgana, Arthur, and Merlin got the best scenes in the last two. I know we all tend to be a bit touchy about Angel getting support from the others, but I tend to think none of them is super supportive of any of the others in any significant way I can see. Each one no doubt has preferences geared towards his/her own performances IMO.

Nope, we don't need approbation for our personal preferences and I am amazed that would be of significance. Then again, I am not one that needs perpetual approbation and I don't actually see that in Angel at all. I think many misread that tiny woman. She is nobody's fool and will take a chunk out of your ass if you overstep. ...back to being amused by Colin trying to disappear and Katie's evil smirk that for a change is made of win.
