Same here I loved it every since I was a kid. I watched it last Thursday on VHS and I still can’t get enough of it although im 19 now and it was 21 yrs old but still having said that I truly adore this movie. This & Enchanted are my all time favourites.

I cannot even remember MYSELF before I was a fan of Ariel. TLM was the first Disney movie I watched when I was a little kid and I was so shockingly impressed by the awesomeness of it and of Ariel that I watched it hundreds times.

What I associate with being a fan is loving her very much, I mean I'm not a big fan of her today though I still love her, but when I was little until a few months ago I was a big fan of her, now I'm not, but as I said I still love her

Ever Since I watched the movie

I first watched the movie when I was three and then my life sort of changed. I was Ariel for Halloween, if I drew on a piece of paper it would be a picture of Ariel, I had a sleeping bag with a mermaid on it, I had lots of Little Mermaid Toys, and sometimes I even got a pillow case and put it on my legs and pretended I was a mermaid. On my sixth birthday, when I blew my candle I wished that I could become a mermaid someday. Well, actually now I'm glad that didn't happen, because then I couldn't use this computer! I'm not that intrested in Ariel anymore, but it still makes me wonder what would happen if the story wasn't like the movie.
