I dno't know I miss the old days where anime has some real drama, nowadays, with the respect to the company, it seems that anime just focuses on fanservice and beautiful art.

Honestly,nowadays there seems to be no originality in the majority of anime.

Well, with so many shows out there, it can get hard finding a brand new concept.

While I love older anime, and kinda agree with above, I still think there is a lot of hidden gems out there✨

there's literally a formula for shonen anime, it's not creative any more

though, there are some interesting ones like Promised Neverland

I haven't watched a good anime in months. It feels like I'm watching same anime over and over again with boring fan service and character tropes. Present animes have too many character tropes for my liking.

You see this complaint in any work you come across - books, movies, tv, anime, Asian dramas, music, etc. I think a lot of it comes with people becoming more critical towards a medium once they've familiarized themselves with it. Or maybe I really am dead inside and I can't love a series as easily as most others so I've never noticed a difference lol.
