@deadlie Did you even read that part in the manga? Because what happens is that Izumo notices a cute dog, baby talks to it, picks it up, and then it turns into Mephisto (because he likes making unexpected appearances), and then she screams and pushes him away. Then, know what? They don't interact ever again afterwards. He's just a flirty man who likes to pull pranks. :/
