I barely noticed her when Tatsumi first met her. However, I grew to really, really hate her and that self-righteous, arrogant attitude. So, yeah, her death was immensely satisfying to me.
For the others, I was sad when Light died and his dreams didn't quite come to fruition. I liked him, so I didn't want him to die.
Nnoitra's death was satisfying in the sense that Ken-chan got a good fight out of him. I really didn't mind him as 5th Espada and he was pretty strong. It was almost sad to see him go.
Frieza's was very satisfying when Trunks took care of him. I squealed in joy, as a kid, when he finally ditched. Then, Fukkatsu No F... goddamn it. Lol.

I hated all the homunculi. Except for Greed 2.0. So yeah, her dying was pretty satisfying for me.
I would have picked Light, but to be honest, I didn't want him to die. I don't care if he's a psychopathic mass-murder. I just didn't want him to die! I honestly wanted to see him 'become God of the new world' before he died! That would have made for an awesome thing, a cool down fall or something. I dunno.
