Realistically, yes but the storyline is just about as convoluted as The Legend of Zelda. It'd be trickybto create a storyline based anime coming from the POV of Sora OR Roxas. There plenty of gaps and unanswered questions left by the games. More is obviously answered in the manga but that aside its simply not as easy as some may believe it should be. The story behind Kingdom Hearts is just too choppy unless its completely different but still ties into the original story of Kingdom Hearts. Next, legal matters. Inevitably ALL of the characters in the game will be sooner or later introduced so the cast will be way larger than most animation production company could afford only Kodansha or Funimation have a shot. And while KH is widely popular the world over it could prove difficult to gain views for the launch of the show since someone could just go buy the games and do what they wanted all while experiencing KH. So there are problems with it becoming an anime. And if it just so happens to launch expect it to be exclusively in Japanese. Like KH 2 Final Mix.
