What's this anime?

Ever had a 랜덤 picture from an anime/ova that 당신 watched a long time ago, and now seeing it makes 당신 want to travel down nostalgia lane............... but can't for the life of 당신 remember it's name?

Soooooo.......... can anyone help me scratch my itch?

It's a fluffy romance ova, similar to nagareboshi lens (watched them at the same time, also had pictures.... however i was lucky enough that 'lens' had it's name on it)

I feel like it had something to do with 강아지 and chocolate.
