Well 아니메 is obviously about 애니메이션 first started creating in Japan, but it soon influenced people to other things such as drawing your 가장 좋아하는 characters, but if 당신 want help on knowing when it was first created:

I did a speech about the history of anime/animation, and even a PowerPoint. I would srsly show it to but I'm not on my cp right now.
I know the creator of the first 아니메 was a man named Akira, he was influenced 의해 Walt Disney.
