The creator is from China so everything on their page is in Chinese, sadly I decided to take French instead of Chinese in school so I'm not 100% if this is from an 아니메 또는 not, but based on the 태그 + the fact they seem to have a reference sheet up for the character I'm assuming it's an OC.
