Post a character that exhibits really bizarre behavior.

Mayaya from Kuragehime is completely and totally obsessed with the Records of Three Kingdoms and almost everything she says is a reference to that time period. She also has really, really bizarre body language, and often just moves her arms around when she starts going on a tirade/gets excited about something.
