Why is Highschool DxD not a club!!!!!!!! and how do 당신 make a club?

i was thinking of making 1 n was wondering do u need to create lots of things in it 또는 just wait 4 people 2 가입하기 and they just put stuff on? and if u've seen it when is season 2 comming!!?
