Fairy Tail & Laxus vs. Master Hades

it's a tie between the fight where Hitsugaya fought Halibel from Bleach & Shu vs Zola from Blue Dragon.

Hitsugaya fought Halibel in many episodes (too many to write down & yes it was only one fight)
Shu fights Zola in episode 51 (first season) it's epic & tragic at the same time.
