At first i thought he was creepy looking and possably one of the worst brother anyone can have. Then after his fight with Sasuke I realized that I misunderstood his character completely and he ended up being one of my 가장 좋아하는 아니메 characters.

the character was Otto Heckel from MONSTER, just look at him and 당신 would understand. but now he is one of my 가장 좋아하는 characters. he's real funny.
